Currently Director of Analysis & Insights at Tourism Research Australia within Austrade, he transforms complex data into actionable insights to inform policy and drive sector growth.
With leadership roles in consulting, and experience across federal and local government, Garrett brings deep expertise in research, tourism, place-based branding, and data storytelling. He holds degrees in Arts (International Relations) and Science (Psychology) from ANU, and recently submitted his research thesis on place, tourism, and craft beer. Garrett also guest lectures at ANU’s College of Business and Economics.
