Accommodation Notice

We strongly recommend that book your accommodation as early as possible.

The week of the STRA Summit 2026 coincides with major events in Adelaide, including the Adelaide Fringe, Adelaide Festival, Ed Sheeran concert and WOMADelaide, making it one of Adelaide’s busiest times of the year.

Please note that all accommodation must be booked and paid for directly by attendees.

Room Only Rate: AUD$309.00 per room, per night (Single or Double).

Rate valid only for a minimum length of stay of 2 nights over the event dates.

Any reservations booked can be cancelled up until 45 days prior to arrival.

Any rooms cancelled after this date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation charge for all room nights confirmed after the booking is made

Full payment will be collected at the time of booking.

Monday 3 November 2025 – At 120 days prior to arrival, 20% of the unconsumed rooms blocked will be released.

Sunday 18 January 2026 – At 45 days prior to arrival, 100% of the unconsumed rooms blocked will be released.
