Finalists and winners will be announced at the STRA Summit 2027 in Adelaide on Thursday 11 March 2027, where we will be celebrating excellence across Australia's short-term rental accommodation (STRA) industry.
Please read the Conditions of Entry carefully before submitting your nomination. These conditions apply to all award categories unless otherwise stated.
Who Can Nominate?
• Nominations may be submitted by the STRA owner, operator or property manager.
• Nominations may also be submitted by a third party with a strong understanding of the business, its operations and its achievements.
• Third-party nominators should ensure the information provided is accurate and supported by the nominee where appropriate.
Who Can Enter?
• Nominations are open to Australian short-term rental accommodation (STRA) owners, operators and property managers.
• Entrants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined for the specific award category they are entering.
• Businesses and individuals may submit nominations in more than one award category where they meet the relevant criteria.
• Nominations must be submitted using the official STAAA nomination form.
• All supporting evidence must be provided before the closing date
• Entries close at 11:59pm (ACDT) on 1 November 2026.
• Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.
• All nominations will be independently assessed against the published judging criteria.
• Judges' decisions are final.
• STAAA reserves the right to verify information provided in submissions.
• Finalists may be contacted prior to the awards ceremony.
• Winners will be announced during the STAAA Industry Leadership Awards at STRA Summit 2027 in Adelaide on Thursday 11 March 2027.
• STAAA may promote finalists and winners across its website, social media and marketing materials.
• Information submitted will only be used for administering and judging the awards.
• By entering, nominees grant STAAA permission to use submitted images, logos and excerpts for promotional purposes.
• STAAA reserves the right to amend award categories, eligibility requirements or judging processes where necessary.
• By submitting a nomination, entrants agree to these Conditions of Entry.
