Room rate:
Room Only: AUD$205.00 per room, per night (Single or Double). Rate valid only for a minimum length of stay of 2 nights over the event dates.
Cancellation and Attrition Policy:
90 days prior to arrival – Sunday, 7 December 2026: 20% of the unconsumed rooms will be released.
45 days prior to arrival – Thursday, 21 January 2027: A further 25% of the unconsumed rooms will be released.
30 days prior to arrival – Friday, 5 February 2027: A further 25% of the unconsumed rooms will be released (applies to both contracted and non‑contracted dates).
14 days prior to arrival – Sunday, 21 February 2027: 100% of any remaining unconsumed rooms will be released (applies to both contracted and non‑contracted dates).
Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival. Any rooms cancelled after this date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation charge for all room nights confirmed after the booking is made.
Payment: Full payment will be collected at the time of booking.
Breakfast: $25.00 full buffet breakfast per person per day, charged on consumption at ibis Kitchen Restaurant.
Parking: Self-parking: $28.00 per vehicle per night (single exit) or $35.00 per vehicle per night (multiple entry).
